Hi! We're Gary and Jason Chan at Guard More Pest Control. We're here to you for your pest related questions and we're looking to answer questions on a weekly basis for our blog. Please feel free to ask any questions from "what is this insect look like?" to "what are some DIY methods to getting rid of cockroaches?".

What are your qualifications?

Our pest control technicians and company are licensed and insured. In Ontario, a pest control company must have an operator license allowing the business to purchase and store chemicals (insecticides, rodenticide). The license requires this type of businesses to have valid business insurance and provincial licensed technicians. We are currently highly reviewed on Google, certified and trained by the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA), and a HomeStars' Best Of Award Winner for 2026.

How do I ask a question?

You can send your pest related question to questions@guardmorepests.com (better to email if you have an image or video to attach) or use the form below. Please note that having your questions answered will be based on question volume queue. We try our best to answer all questions but sometime it's too much for us to answer in a week. We'll email you when your question is answered it goes live.
